Is an active "pubic thrust" a significant part of every day skiing?
In the bumps, it seems to be mandatory, but seldom mentioned as an awareness. Perhaps due to connotation.
Having tried a day with this "posture" in mind, I find it "athletic", but today my lower back is hurting ;-)
The hip position is accompanied with an elevated/ expanded sternum, and an erect head position. Macho man!
