Lange rx 110 feel like a freezer

Purchased at surefoot 2014, so many adjustments to list. However, I have never experienced this type of cold. You can actually feel it when I take the boot off cold air through the heel area just like a hole in the boot. A couple of weeks ago they were frozen on my feet, I couldn't get them off for at least 30 minutes needless to say the pain. Surefoot did remove the footbed with the "silver threads", but now my heel is no longer locked in (affected my skiing) and you can still feel the cold around the perimeter. Just to mention they say I have circulation problems, which my physician and podiatrist strongly disagree!! I'm in Breck for another week, already skied 30 plus in boots with tremendous pain. Appreciate your help!!

almost impossible to say without seeing the set up but

1 foam liners are not warm

2 it sounds as though blood flow is being restricted somewhere which is causing the cold sensation

keep going back to them until they get it right to YOUR satisfaction, they pride themselves with there fitting guarantee!
