New way to film Park Riding

Thread Starter

Was checking out some videos online and I was hit with this ad a few times https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1t_xJZ9xyA

Seems like rad way to capture yourself if you are just doing park laps all day. Curious if anyone has had experience with the previous generations of this product, or knows/has ordered the 3rd?

Cheers!

Wow.  I never saw one of those until now.  Could be a cool tool.  I imagine one could get creative with one of those.

Seems like a way to provide a free camera to people passing by.

Make the tracking equipment small enough to attach to a drone with a GoPro and it will sell millions.

They make one of those already.   As far as skiing lots of resorts have banned drone use without a permit etc.

Here's one : https://hexoplus.com/?utm_expid=87360527-2.ZNXOsYEJT3mnjIn4zHWdRQ.0&utm_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com

Another : https://www.airdog.com/

There are more as well.  I don't think any of them are selling millions though.

Could also be used by someone with the camera.  The advantage is that the person with the electronic Tag can control the camera and the person with it doesn't have to spend the entire time trying to make sure it's pointed in the right direction.  Started out for surfing, but has moved into other sports pretty quickly in the last few years since Version 1 came out.

An example of family use for surfing that shows video of a youngster's first time on a board.  Much better and more fun than if the mom had had to handle the camera.
