Where can I watch World Cup 2015-2016? (Alternatives to NBCHD in the US)

Universal Sports shut down in November. For a while it looked like NBC Sports (Direct TV channel 569 & 220) would do fine, if offer somewhat less coverage.

But at Kitzbuehel and Garmische, NBC suddenly cut off both races without showing the later racers, or even the podium.

Kitzbuehel ended with a "and it looks like X will have the win" and cut away to a recorded race at Wengen.

At Garmische this weekend, NBC didn't even show the winning run. NBC came back from a commercial, said X skier had a great run and took the lead ... and then didn't show the win, cutting away to Maribor. NBC once again left it unclear who won.

Astonishingly bad coverage.

I'm looking for alternatives, online or otherwise. The coverage doesn't have to be live, though commentary I think is essential. I'm in the US. My German is extremely limited, but I do speak some. English language of course is preferred.

Any ideas? I'm tired NBC ruining the races.

I have DriecTV and get FIS Alpine Skiing on NBC Sports Ch 220.

For my area Ch 569 is Universal HD and it carries FIS World Cup if it is not on Ch 220.

FIS World Cup is also listed as being on Ch 665 Comcast SportsNet Chicago which is not part of my package.

Regardless of what channel I watch the coverage is never live but same day delayed.

Do a search on FIS Skiing or FIS World Cup and you should get all the channels for your area.

Thanks, RCC. I have Direct TV as well.

I am looking for an alternative to the current NBCSports coverage on Direct TV.

On channels 220 and 569 they've been cutting the races short, and not showing the podium.

At Garmisch this weekend, they didn't even show the winning run. They've done a terrible job, and I'd like to watch World Cup somewhere else.

Same here- I set the DVR to pick up the races, program for some extra time, watch much of the race, then try not to curse when NBC cuts off the race.  Absolutely horrendous coverage.

It's an easy fix- it can be put on time delay and with some minor edits fit within a specific schedule.  Given the time difference for most of the European races, easy to broadcast in a slot that is not in high demand.  Either that or just sell away the rights to someone else.  Very amateur of them to cover as they have done the last few weeks.
