First time boot buyer

Thread Starter
Hello there I'm here seeking some help when it comes to picking out a good boot for myself! I've fairly new to skiing and have only about 4 years under my belt! My first pair of skis and boots were bought used off of a ski swap website. Since that first set I have progressed in my skill level and want to upgrade my whole set up! I live for powder days but inbounds I have yet had the balls to Adventure into the Wasatch backcountry! I am lucky enough to work in the outdoor industry and have some deals on rossignol and black diamond! I have already purchase blackdimond skis and am now just looking for a good boot to run on these. Any help would be awesome!!

read through the above article, print it out and take it with you for reference when shopping for the correct boot for your needs and

do the shell check thing mentioned in there.

Keep in mind that getting the right size and fit are the most important part of the whole process.  Over 90% of the folks you see skiing with you

are in too large a boot, no wonder they all ski in the back seat.:(
