your knowledge on how megastars' media and national appearances are managed is astonishing... I'll remember to consult with you before my next national appearance !!
come to think about it - he wasn't listed as the interviewee either...
So, after the video, Bode calls up Ligety and says, "what the f**, I'll beat your a** any day of the week."
And Ligety replies, "Dude, that was not me, I had no control over that."
Then Bode says, "I know, they always get it wrong, I was just busting your b**lls."
Razie, I'm not going to fault you for having absolutely no clue about how videos like this are managed, but I will fault you for not recognizing the differences between arc to arc carving and that particular turn.
1. He's not pushing off the new inside ski as he describes, because he's in the air.
2. His body is bent during transition to prepare to swing the skis in the air.
3. The skis rotate in the air before engaging the edges.
This is not arc to arc carving. This is one turn of many different types of turns. Rotating the skis in the air is not considered arc to arc carving by any group. This is not PSIA vs. P**S, because P**S puts forth a position of minimal rotation.
