POC Warranty - Force Majeure

Has anyone ever read this?  Made me chuckle.

Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeur, POC´s’ obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and  POC can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by POC. A Force Majeur is the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, Alian attacs, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. POCwill under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

I know that Pelican used to warranty their products against anything except, bear attacks, shark attacks and children under 5.

"I was just standing on the corner, minding my own business, wearing my POC helmet, when a natural disaster, or similar event, happened. Really officer."
