21.5 foot; need custom liner; which one?

I have Lange 110 RS SC shells.  With the stock liners (and custom footbed) I still am swimming around.

What are my options for a custom liner?  I've had Conformables in the past,, done by Surefoot.  The first one was good.  The second wasn't done properly, I believe, and I ended up with multiple pressure points around the navicular bones and ankle bones.  I'd like to avoid a repeat of that second experience (different fitters).

Recommendations?

Thanks.

a properly done foam liner, or Zipfit do a Grand Prix liner in 21.5 (the zipfit will give great hold in the rear foot/ mid foot but give the toes freedom, so it will depend a little on where the space is that you are trying to fill)

Should the pressure point areas (navicular, maleolus) be  padded  out before foaming, if I go with foam?  That's where I'm getting pressure points.
