Footbed repair/re-do? Or other option?

Footbed of about 5-6 years. One broke near the ball of feet. Snap across the width of the footbed.

(the top part is still connected and I skied it fine the next few days. But I suspect it's a matter of time when that connection would be gone eventually)

What are my options? Glue it to keep it from falling apart? Get another one made that are the identical? (will they be identical, really?).

I take the liners out for drying sometimes. Since the footbed is inside the liner, it gets "handled" during the process. I wonder if that might be the cause of the footbed snapping? If so, what's the best way to keep the footbed in good condition while still drying the boot?

Did you ever resolve this?
