Anyone ever ski Val d'Irene (La Cascade)

All,

I am writing a book on the hardest trails in Eastern North America and need a bit of assistance.  There is an interesting trail at a resort in southern Quebec called Val d'Irene. It has a trail named La Cascade that may be one of the toughest of trails on the east coast.  However, I have never skied it.  Has anyone on this site ever skied the trail?  If so, what were your impressions?  Based on what I know it isn't groomed, no lift back to the top (shuttle bus only), but does it have any cliffs, waterfalls, boulders, etc.  What trail would you compare it to that is well known in the East.

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

I've never heard of that resort, much less skied it. But looking on Hillmap (and trying to translate the trail map to the regular map - which is a little difficult in this case and maybe I'm not quite right) it's got the following profile I think. If you don't try to follow a trail, and head straight down the steepest slope, it does top out at about 38 degrees, and over 30 for about 300 vert.
