A-Basin & Loveland Suggestions please

Growing up and living in Boulder, I tend to ski a lot at Eldora. It's not my all-time favorite Colorado resort (which would be Steamboat), but it's only 30 minutes from home which makes it convenient for a quick couple of hours to get some turns in. I recently was working with some photos that Liam Doran (our head photographer at OnTheSnow) took at Loveland and A-basin.

In years past I've skied mostly at (in addition to the aforementioned Eldora and Steamboat) Copper, Beaver Creek, Vail and Winter Park (plus a few trips out to Snowbird). A trip to Loveland and A-Basin is LONG overdue as it's been a while. Any suggestions of definite places (trails, views, food, etc.) I should check out at either of the resorts?

The Pallavicini Pastrami sandwich at Black Mountain Lodge (A-Basin) is amazing.

Well if those photos are of you the Abasin/Loveland are your oyster because almost all of both those places are right in front of you and require very little if  any inside knowledge.

Eats at both are either at the base lodge or the one (each) on mountain place.  Enjoy!

Thanks! I wish that were me, but I've yet to hit but one legit powder day this season (although the skiing in Colorado's been awesome) or look that good EVER.

Here's what that powder day looked like (at Keystone)...

And then this (skiing the trees too soon is never a good idea!)
