Solitude Summit Lift

Can someone tell me if the new summit lift at Solitude is complete? I read a while ago that they still had a ways to go as of the start of this seasons snowfall. With the snow they are getting now I would hope that it is up and running, but looking at their website it isn't turning today. Maybe it's just the conditions that are keeping it idle today. We are heading there in February and I am really looking forward to spending time riding the summit and Honeycomb Canyon so I sure hope it is complete (or at least will be by then).

Thanks for any info!

I sure hope it's running soon.  My stay in SLC in late Jan is supposed to start with a Saturday at Solitude in order to check out the new Summit lift.  Plus to show Honeycomb Canyon to a friend who didn't get a chance to see it last year because of the low snow conditions during that trip we took together.

Just thought I would follow up on this post.  After more research I found on Facebook that they will be opening the summit lift later this week.  Not sure if they are putting the finishing touches on it or they just needed more snow - but it's good to hear it will be up and running soon.  Sure wish I was there right now with their 36" of fresh in 24 hours.  I am really hoping for at least one epic Utah powder day when we are there in early February.
