Snowbird Webcam and Current LCC Conditions

Here is something that has been puzzling me...I've been taking a peek at the Snowbird webcams and am trying to see evidence of this massive dump that has been occurring there over the last 48 hours.  While it looks like it is snowing, the top of Hidden Peak looks the same and actually shows no evidence of any snow accumulating on the ground or buildings.  Is this because the wind is blowing all of the snow off?  Current temps are just a hair over 10°F, so I wouldn't think it would be melting.  Any ideas?

Quick questions please Snowbird locals or those who are there:
(a) When will the 'backside' of Snowbird open ? Mineral Basin ? Any indications? Sunday or Monday ?

(b) we are there (father advanced intermediate and son, 12 yo advanced/expert) is there any one who skis there who'd like to hang with us, of course beers/lunch, whatever you prefer on us , either Dec 25th or Dec 26th ?
