Order of subscribed threads

Just today, the order of my subscribed threads seems to have gone awry. I thought that typically they were ordered by the most recently updated one. But they seem to be kind of random today. For instance, right now I have two subscribed threads that have updates and I'm in Chrome on a laptop. So I click on "Subscriptions" and I see this :

You can see that the "last post" time isn't in any particular order. Previously, the updated threads would rise to the top.

I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, and tried multiple browsers, but neither seems to have changed this. I looked through the settings and don't seem to be able to fix it there either.

Any ideas?

Oh good, it's not my imagination.  Same problem just now.  I'm using Safari 8.0.8 on a Mac.

List of threads at the EpicSki homepage (Carousel, etc.) isn't right either.  Been stuck for an hour or more.  Selecting New Posts brings up a current list.  Screen shots done within the same minute at about 8:44pm.

Whatever the problem was, seems to be fixed now.  Vaguely remember something like that happening once before, but it was a while ago.

Yep... fixed here too.

It happens from time to time. IIRC the issue is something with a database call getting held up in the queue of actions to perform, something along those lines.
