Toe of marker wideride binding mounted on Volkl AC50 ski wiggles

My neighbor (nice guy) just gave me pair of Volkl AC50 with Marker wideride bindings.  The toe piece of the bindings seem a little loose, they wiggle a little back and forth, not much but a little.  Both bindings are the same. Is this normal for these bindings?

Movement between the toe piece and the ski or movement in the toe piece itself?

Try and nip them up a bit being careful not to over tighten and strip thread. If the screw is bottomed out then the holes probably weren't drilled deep enough. If you're careful, you could drill a bit deeper.
I'm not familiar with Marker bindings as I use Salomon and Tyrolia bindings on the family quiver but if the screws are flat like Tyrolia screws, washers might work.
