Just completed the requirements for my USSA Level 200 Cert.  Was like a college course.  Feeling pretty good about.  Feeling ready for the season!

Not sure what you mean?  Beer league?  Of COURSE!  Want to be on a team? :)

Feedback on course...  On snow is fun.  Training Environ Exam is hard.  Tactics Exam is medium.  ASEP course was time consuming.  Sports Nutrition and Power Training courses were interesting.  Referee exam was hard.

It just seems to go on and on.  Good material.  Just lots of it!

For on snow, bring SL stuff incl shins and hand guards for running gates.  I wore a vintage SL sweater under my coat for much of the training after day 1.  Good call.  We set a lot of drill courses and ran them!   Bring crappy gloves as well for setting and salting.   There was a wide range of skiers.  Most were very good and experienced racers and coaches.  Some moms and dads there wanting to get more involved in their kid's clubs.  Very fun.  We did our at Waterville last Spring.  Very good snow.  T bar on the training course.  Talk about tired legs.  CRAZY weather.

Congratulations Pat! I'm starting my pre-requisites in December and plan to take the on-snow next season.

Just wondering if WaWa is still going to use the Nastar platform for computing scores, since the organization changed hands and has been slow in getting going this season.  I used to race on Wed nights.  (And no, I don't want to join again just yet.)

Thanks Pat.  I already have my referee cert so that is out of the way.
