Broken Fixation

I just bought a new pair of ski with fixation but one of them doesn't have a break included in it, and I found one, but I dont have the little piece of plastic that hold the break to the ski. Can someone tell me if I can repair this and if yes how?

A ski shop that sell the brand of binding is your best bet.

Good luck to you!  You really need the exact brake piece that fits that binding.  Seems almost each year they change the shape of the plastic part although the rest is the same.  It is part of the heel AFD so it must be perfect.  Sometimes when people remove them they fail to re-install correctly.  That's a bad situation as well.  Just for fun, check this video out on a typical Salomon binding.
