Quick question. I'm going from a 30.5 boot that had a 360mm BSL, down to two pair of 28.5s. One has a 325mm BSL and the other has a 327mm BSL.
I have a 3 ski quiver:
Peacemakers (on pivots)
DPS 112RPs (on pivots)
DPS Lotus 138s (on STHs)
So the Pivots don't adjust at all but do have a few mm of elasticity in them. Am I better off mounting the 325mm boots and then expanding them for the 327s or mounting the 327s and having a bit of slop when I wear the 325s?
The boots are Atomic Redsters (325mm) and Atomic Waymaker Carbons (327mm) and I am not sure which I'll wear for which conditions. I'm planning that I'll wear the Waymakers for powder days and days where I'm hiking to the goods, but the Redsters on dry/frontside days.
