I'll admit it, I had some jet stix on some old one piece Garmonts. I could sit back on the tails of my 200cm Strato 102's but that was about it…. Ha-Ha
After a few night sessions at Vernon Valley/Great Gorge, my jet sticks caused the back of the upper cuff on my first pair of plastc boots to fold under pressure, prompting the purchase of a sweet pair of bright yellow Hanson Avantis.
My first few pair of ski boots were leather with buckles. Never had lace-ups, but have definitely experienced and benefited from some significant advancements in equipment and technique.
Currently ski dalbello kr 2, based on the raichle 3-pc design; now 40+ years old. I stopped in a shop two Springs ago to ask if they carried Full-tilt. Shop critter informed me that the 40+ yr old design was outdated, and inefficient. Dipshit; 2-pc overlaps have been around even longer. I guess they're even more outdated and inefficient?
Just say you don't carry the boots and spare me the baloney explanation bub.
