2016 Nordica Enforcers added to the quiver!!

Went into my local ski shop today to just browse.  I guess I should know better than to just browse cause I never end up empty handed.   LOL  Anways I sold my Cochise last week and the guy just wanted the skis so I had a pair of Griffons that were just itching to get mounted up on another ski.  Did some research and walked out with the Enforcers today.  I don't really need it to fill a gap in my quiver but who needs a reason to buy a new sweet ski?   Not me.  Was pretty happy to move my Cochise on.  I liked that ski ok but just never Loved it.  So here is some ski porn while I sit here in Michigan with 72 degree temperatures in November.  Hoping El Nino hits Jackson Hole and Alta hard this winter.  Want to make a few trips to each this winter.

Are you going to sell bones next to enforcer, or how would you determine which one to take, may be throw a coin? :drool Congratulation.

I have the Bones up for sale in the classifieds here and on TGR.  I actually really liked the Bones but I originally bought them in 180 and they were to long.  I weigh 165lbs and just couldn't bend the 180's the way I like.  So I bought the 173's and really like them but they just feel a tad short.  I just bought the Enforcers without demoing but talked to a few guys who have ridden them and trust their opinions.  I think the Enforcers in 177 are going to hit the sweet spot for me and be perfect.  If the Bones had come in 176-177 I wouldn't have even considered the Enforcers.  I got those Bones priced really well too.  They have barely been skied.  They are pretty much brand new.

My favorite all time ski in any snow over 8" is the Atomic Automatic.  Been trying to find a narrower version Auto for when things are less than 8" of fresh.  After comparing flex in tip and tail and rocker I think I might have found my perfect 2 ski quiver.  Just waiting on mother nature so I can take these bad boys out.

Same!

Mounted them with barely used STH 16s that I found at a ski swap for $50, score!  These will serve as my daily drivers and 186cm Blizzard Gunsmoke will be my 6"+ skis.   2 ski alpine quiver for me.  My 3rd pair are 184 Fat-ypus D-Senders mounted with Dynafit Radicals for backcountry missions.

I too demoed the Bonafides and felt I was between sizes.  Ideally, I could've used a 183-184 in that ski.  I'm 6'1", 172, fwiw.  The 185 Enforcer, however, is right in my wheel house.

I know, I demoed them. ;)  They were fine for me in open spaces, but a bit of a chore in bumps & tight spots.  IF I had gone the Bonafide route, I would've gone 180 for sure, even though I felt I could've used another 3cm or so, ideally.
