Do I need a new alignment after ankle surgery?

So, I'm recovering from ankle surgery that repaired a split peroneal brevis tendon and arthroscopically debrided some torn stuff on the front of my ankle (as well as removing some bone spurs from my fibula).  No shortening or tightening of the tendon.  Will any of the work I had done affect my alignment?

it way well do, but on the other hand it might not, it is certainly worth a trip to your boot fitter to have everything checked out, you never know, the surgery might have actually made your alignment better than it was to begin with :D

I have seen alignment change from this type of surgery.  It is worth having the alignment evaluated.
