I skied the Marker M48Ti pretty hard back in the day and never had a problem. still ski the Marker 1200 piston on my 2004 RC4 WCs and have the Marker Griffon on my Blizz 8.5Ti. no issues.
ok, here are some pics of the situation at hand.
first, the ski. pretty amazing shape and awesome. 210s and super clean bases.
now, the bindings. they are DIN 14, as you can see.
and with the boot in the binding. the bottom screw in the back is the forward tension, correct? should it be flush with the housing or "a nickel in" as described above? does the "fit" front and back with the boot seem reasonable? (i.e. enough space but not too much, etc.). i want to be safe, obviously, but if the binding is mechanically sound and solid, this isn't rocket science, either, or base jumping. thanks!!!
