Seeking a Ski Friend for Alps Trip in Jan [to join a young adult group flat]

(I'm new to the forum, so please let me know if this is the wrong space for this discussion.)

Hello, I'm hoping to find someone to join me on a group skiing trip to the Alps for about 10 days in Jan/Feb. This is a friends trip; we're staying in a privately owned flat with about 12 people total. You will pay your own way, including airfare. We generally split the cost for transport, food and alcohol at the end of the trip- expect to spend ~$1500 not including airfare. No fee for the flat.

Me: female, 27, married, funny. A very good skier. Swiss blacks & reds. US blacks? Haven't really skied the US in a while. I like the steep, wide Verbier slopes.

You: Similar skiing ability, funny. Able to get along swimmingly with my friends, who are kind of like international frat boys. Er, rather they are international frat boys. Expect a great deal of drinking (including while skiing) and lots of peer pressure.

Many of my dear, lovely friends (some of whom might be reading this- I do love y'all) are from a certain suburb of NYC that begins with a G and ends with WICH and has a particular reputation, which they/we definitely embody. If you aren't down for a week and a half of drunken madness with amazing skiing (we ski everyday, all day, then eat great food and drink), you probably shouldn't message me. This is not a PC crowd.

Also, in Craigslist speak, this is a "strictly platonic" posting: I'm married, and my fratty, hilarious husband will be on the trip with us. Just looking for a friend to ski with me. My friends are EXPERT (orange & yellow) skiers, I'm just a reds girl, and I don't want to ski alone all week, or like, be lonely while everyone else skis Mont Fort. So, I figured I'd post here and see if anyone was interested. Thanks!

Welcome to EpicSki!  Sounds like a fun trip.  I moved your thread to the International Zone because that's where discussions related to skiing in Europe seem to do better.

How did you find EpicSki?

It's a great trip! Hope to find the perfect skier friend here. Thanks for choosing a more appropriate location for the thread. To find EpicSki, I just googled "ski forum"; this is a great place! Happy to have come across it.
