I am sure there are some worthy classics that I forgot and I am sure as soon as someone else mention them I will say to myself "How did I forget THAT???"
Sadly, old skis are not like old cars or vintage audio equipment. One, there is no real market for them because there is very little enjoyment going out skiing on them again. While it gets old after a couple of runs, for most, the novelty wears off real fast (excluding RossiSmash, MastersRace, Royal and Lowell Watson). Retrodays (commonly called "Gaper Days) tend to be more of a mockery of the past verses a homage to it.
LOL, I want to post, but I keep coming up with models.
