Anyone know how to build a boot strecher for a bunion.

I have one diagram which is a C clamp and assorted items from Home Depot. It looks good but I found a better one where you order the ring and other parts and it looked better. It was also a C clamp. I cannot find the second one again. Any help?

Take out the liner, heat up the boot with a heat gun (be careful) get a broom handle and use the end of it to punch out the area that is tight.

Broom handle goes in shell to the spot needed and then you put weight on the boot to punch out the shell.  Be careful not to over heat the shell.

Are you serious? All those years I worked on Boots using a hydraulic device with a heat gun and I can just punch it out with a broom handle?

Worked for me  :D  Just be careful with the heat gun and it does take a little muscle.
