Perhaps I can offer EpicSki a little "September Stoke"?

Top of Sam's Knob at Snowmass:

Maroon Bells, zoomed, from the top of the Burnt Mountain hike at Snowmass:

Highland Bowl from the top of Deep Temerity/Loge Peak...believe me, even though I elected not to hike this trip, it's much more hulking/looming in person.

Bottom 1/3 (and steepest section) of Ruthies ("convinced" I hit 60 here :D):

Good shot of 1/2 the Ajax Express terrain, plus northern 1/3 of Bell Mtn. from the top of FIS/Ruthies lifts:

Expansive view of Highland Bowl from the top of the Ajax Express:

Thinking about joining the Gathering in February for a re-visit, as my usual buddy may bow out of a western trip this year.  Already investigating lodging and such.
