It is pretty depressing. And seeing all that beautiful snow out west doesn't help! LOL Usually the ski areas up in VT etc have decent conditions by now, but even they seem to be adversely affected.
The Poconos probably won't see snowmaking temps until Jan 2, and even then it may be "just" cold enough overnight, with daytime temps back into the 40's. Let's hope mother natures makes up for all this before too long.

I bought season passes for Camelback at the last minute despite my gut saying no and am paying the price. Silly me, this is the ski gods punishing me for that ignorant decision.
Vermont is a disaster right now. Killington and Stowe have been very warm and appear to have minimal number of trails open. Sure there is a lot of winter left but so far this is an terrible start.
