An electric car should be more reliable than a gasoline powered car - less moving parts etc etc.
When GM made their electric car in the 80's they seemingly ran forever.
Does not appear to be the case with Telsa
From the auto reliability rating site true delta
"Ford has struggled in recent years to launch a new model without glitches, and the new Lincoln MKC has the highest repair frequency of any 2015 model in our survey (edging out the Tesla Model S). But the new Mustang suggests that Ford can get a car right from the start when it really wants to: a repair was reported for only one of the 27 cars in the survey."
seems like Tesla narrowly escaped being noted as the worst 2015 model. Not sure how long before consumer reports twigs to this?
