Step test, sit up, push up, lift, foam stand and flexibility were the same. At Aspen, you had to do some sort of side plank and touch hip to floor. The hopping thing was more like hopscotch than the box.
The bottom line is that if people get off their couch, do some cardio, stretch, do core work and back away from the table, this is not a difficult test. I have heard so many people complain about it who do nothing to improve their fitness.
