Change ex-demo bindings

I just bought a pair of ex-demo Rossi Soul 7s.  I grabbed them because they were a good deal, barely used, edges and base in good condition but of course came with demo bindings on a railing (Rossi Axial 120).  The skis are 188cm, I'm 6'2" aggressive skier.  I have never bought ex-demo before - should I swap out the bindings to remove the weight?

Weight and inefficiency. That Rossi demo binding has a bunch of extra moving parts that lake it heavier but it also makes the boot feel less connected to the ski. I would get them off sooner than later. You will find the ski will have a better feel on snow with a more positive connection.
