Almost all ski gear manufacturers have this. The all set their own requirements. As a veteran, I can still participate through Promotive (epic used to have it) and because the team I belong to is so large, their are over 400 companies participating (not just ski gear). If you are a veteran, it is definitely worth looking up. There are plenty of other ways to qualify too.
Very rarely have I had to pay full price for something. You have to hunt. I've gotten Pro deals (that I rate because I'm part of PSIA) but just talking to someone over the phone.
Oakley is another good one. I get 50% off because I'm retired military. You have to prove it though and they do screen. Open to active duty and retirees. Not all their product is included but enough to keep me wearing Oakley sunglasses.
