Colorado Trail conditions: Flat Tops south of Steamboat, East of Meeker.

I was wondering if anyone from Steamboat, Rifle, Glenwood etc has been to the Flat Tops in the last couple weeks or so and what the conditions are like up there. Wunderground says Trappers Lake has a snow depth of 0 in, but Ripple has 40" or so. Just wondering if anyone could comment on conditions. Thanks.

Haven't been out there yet this spring, but peaks are still looking pretty snow-covered from here.  I think it's going to depend on where you're wanting to go... from here it looks like it may be fine lower down around the reservoirs (and probably already mosquitoe-y), but going to be snowcovered if you're wanting to get on the peaks.  Causeway most likely snow-covered.  You may want to post on 14ers.com forums, sometimes you can get better info on there.
