There's nothing funny about it, Trey. It's the pheromones! These are likely to be far more potent in Mt. Girl since she probably doesn't bathe 2-3 times a day as does the typical Beach Betty. Next time you see her, get real close and take a deep breath. Yummy, eh? Ahh, the scent of a woman.

And you folks call ME geeky!!!????
Actually, that's a good point, though.
Bonni, that was hilarious, but I really doubt you are homely!
Fox, I always knew you were a very kind person with an exceptionally clever wit, but your last post shows admirable emotional depth!
Definitely not making a value judgement, but I wonder if the difference in attitude between the "Bears" and the "Maggots" has to do with age. The powderboyz are for the most part, a bit younger. Dating a "mountain momma" means you are going out with someone with whom you have something in common. But that could lead to that "C" word that age hate: "commitment".
But having a "roll in the waves" with a beach bimbo, come winter you can always say "sorry babe, I'm gone skiin' every weekend!".
I seem to recall that some time ago, Powder Magazine had a debate . Which chics are "hotter". Surfers or Skiers?
One of the many, many things that makes me try to get my young female students to learn to ski, is that I think the Carver Girls are the best role models women have had in years! Smart, athletic and sexy, they have body types that , with a little hard work, are attainable, even to women who are not blessed with "designer genes".
But women, even if they work out 5 hours a day, are not going to turn into "Baywatch Beauties".
Unfortunately, the Baywatch image is more prevalent in this country than the Carver Girls,
Reversing the matter, for the girls, who is generally sexier, the lifeguard or the ski patroller.
Hands down decision for me. The ski patroller!
Why? Many reasons. But perhaps the most important, the ski patroller is not trying to be sexy!
