Kastle LX82 164cm K12 Bindings

SOLD!

These are my wife's skis and have about 50 truly finesse days on them. No top sheet or edge damage, bases have some typical scratches (see pic), but have never been ground. Top sheets are 8/10 cosmetically. K12 are Kastle adjustable system bindings.

$320 shipped to lower 48. $300 for local sale. Will meet in Denver or deliver to A-Basin. I will give priority to local sale for likely convenience of meeting up at A-Basin.

These are tempting, Nay -- I've been thinking about the LX for my wife, but the 164 might be a bit much for her.  She skis a 158 currently.  I believe the LX is a traditional camber ski, so it's not likely to ski short.  Can you tell me something about your wife?

This is totally about having an excuse to go to Colorado to pick them up.

I am 5'8, 140 lbs and ski the 172. My friend is 5'5, 120 and skis the 164. I tried the 164 and it felt too short for me.

Don't I wish. Never possible, this time of year, four weeks before the end. I'd have to pay the (very reasonable) shipping fee.

She is 5'7" 135 lbs. She could ski the 172, which is what one of my teenage sons is skiing. He's 6' and 130 lbs.

I skied the 172 and 180 before moving to more powder biased skis. I am 6'2" 170 lbs, and I preferred the longer ski quite a bit. Very light swing for a fully cambered metal ski, so, and this is purely my opinion on the longer two sizes, I'd go up if I was straddling sizes for sure. Every time I hoist those things in the roof box I am reminded how light they really are.

Hm.  Ok.  My wife's 5'4" and 120.  I'd have to give it thought.  This is east coast, so it has to be turny rather than a super stable bowl rig.   Thanks.

Sure, let me know. The 164 is a 14.5 radius...
