I am most looking forward to visiting my home mountain (Wolf Creek) in a more typical year. I got a lot of enjoyment out of hitting the slush hard in March/April this year, because that is what we had. I am looking forward to the prospect of a more typical year with plenty of huge, bottomless dumps.
As far as travel, I really want to get back to Sunlight (Glenwood Springs). Haven't skied there since the 2012/2013 season and can't get enough of the place. I'd probably tack on Aspen to that trip, but Sunlight is the draw.
Taos is another one. Wow, that mountain is great.
We really want to get to Telluride, but affordable tickets are tough to come by, and camping is hard to make work (we dirtbag it).
Crested Butte is another that we never seem to fall into the orbit of discount tickets, but we really need to get there.
I am still looking forwards to some quality A-Basin days this year.
