|I talked to a trainer I know real well about your LT ques. and she said it is what it is. Don't matter if someone else says it's too high. As long as it was done accurately, since everyone is idiv. and all. Says you must be in pretty good shape though.|
|Keep in mind, even with a heart rate monitor, this is still not an exact science. If you take into account that for some people, the MAXIMUM heart rate is in fact HIGHER than 220-your age, the formula gets a bit muddled.|
