This focuses on mogul skiing, but would help any skier.
First, 30 minutes of light skiing or other aerobic activity.
- Spiderman walk
- High knee marching
- Forward/backward Leg swings
- Abductor/Adductor swings
- Hip flexor lunges
- Fast body weight squats
- Backwards overhead reach
- Glute raises
- Lunge with rotation
- Sumo squat
Just because it's warm out during spring skiing doesn't mean you can skip the warm up.
