Back in the day when I was skiing SX92's (a.k.a. 92 EXP), I believe my boot size probably was 355.
I just stumbled across a seller with a pair of SX93's aka 93 EXP's for sale which seem in good shape - and which are clearly marked 355 on the back. (But unfortunately he lives in another city so I can't try them on first).
Would these fit me? Or not? Am asking because Drahtguy says his 355's fit his size 12 feet - but Just Rip It thinks his 355's fit his size 10 feet. That's an insanely huge discrepancy. My understanding of the old Sollie system would have made 340 or maybe 345 closer to a size 10 ----
So which does 355 correspond to? Mens 11.5/12? Or Mens 10?
FWIW, I wear a size 11.5 - 12 US mens shoe, and, have a pair of SX 92 (white with the pink lettering of 92). I just looked at the boots and they are marked 350 - 355. I have used them to do some tipping drills on a slant board indoors because they are so easy to get on and off. However, I'm not married to them, so if you want them, send me a pm and I'll send some pictures. They are in relatively good condition, they went unused for about 15 years when I did not ski, and, only used for a few days 10 years ago when I returned to skiing.
A somewhat funny story..I had them at Snowbird, when if was restarting, and took a group lesson. The instructor told me that she thought new boots would help me improve, by end of lesson, she told me that I was skiing pretty well and there was no rush to get new boots. I'm a member of the group that was positive about the 92's, but, that was then and this is now...new boots rule.
