Torn boot shell, what next ?

I discovered these tears in my Fischer Vacuum 110's.  Boots have about 80-90 days on them over 2 1/2 seasons.  Are my boots toast ?  I'm not too concerned about the small tear, but the larger one...  I had/have been hoping to get another few seasons out of them.

They are not toast, but you should start looking at your boots when you buckle them.  These tears are most commonly caused by having the two sides butt into each other instead of overlapping each other.  Drill a small hole (1/16) or so at the very end of each tear and then seal the tear and hole with silicone.  Let dry, go ski.  Should be good to go.
