Marker Piston Plate on a Blizzard 8.0 TI?

I am buying a Blizzard Magnum 8.0 without bindings. I have a Marker Piston Plate with bindings. Would this be a good setup for the ski or should I mount it flat?

Thanks,

your advise is always good! I have the plate and bindings and wanted to know if I should mount with or without the plate.

Not to threadjack, but I have a pair of 8.5 Magnums and a pair of look pivot bindings for them. Also the same question...should I mount with a plate or flat?

depends on what you like!   I am normally on a race ski and like the feel of a plate so often put them on my non-race skis as well.  Also usuallyy makes it easier tp play with mounting points.  YMMV

IMHO, on the 8.5, not so much. On the 8.0, might be fun.
