Upgrade to a larger ski from 178cm Line SFB

I am 5'11 160lb and have 30 days on my 178cm Line SFBs this year in Japan.  I have enjoyed them as my one ski quiver, but they now feel a bit too short and soft as my skiing has progressed this season (from level 5/6 to 7).

I tested the 185cm Armada JJ last week in knee+ deep powder and absolutely loved it.  The extra surface area of the larger ski kept me afloat nicely.  I felt I was able to charge through any chopped up powder more aggressively than on the SFB.  However, I do not ski switch.  Should I be looking at purchasing a 179 Armada Norwalk since it is essentially the 185 JJ without the tail rocker?

Are there any other directional skis I should be looking at?  This ski would be for Japan and the Western US, paired with a dedicated piste ski for next season.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thank you.

Owned a Norwalk. Interesting ski; or more like two skis. Back end likes to carve and handle speed, front end is heavily rockered and smeary. So vaguely schizoid, which can be fun or weird depending on your take. Very versatile in terms of terrain it can handle, and moderately - not seriously - stiff. Good for lighter skiers like you and me; and if you loved the JJ, you'd probably like the Norwalk.
