Clothing to reduce fatigue?

Several years ago, I was riding a lift with a ski patrol member. He told me about some sort of special clothing that many ski patrol members had found to reduce their level of fatigue at the end of the day. I forget the exact details, but I think it was something like a full body suit of compression underwear. I found it online at the time, and it was over $100, so I didn't pursue it. Now I can't remember the product name or find my URL bookmark for it. Do any of you recognize what this might be from my description? Thanks!

Try CW-X or Opedix.  Both make compression underwear that has been discussed here several times.  CW-X makes 3/4 length tights that are great for skiing.  I have two pair and always wear them skiing early in the season.  Once my legs are used to skiing again I only wear them sometimes.
