For female athletes ages 11-22. An intensive 7week program designed by the BU Spotrs Medicine Team. Goals are to decrease risk of injury, especially ACL. Geared towards all sports.

I am not involved in this, but they left info at out gym. There are a few threads about plyometrics for injury prevention on this forum.
