That is a handsome woman.
In fairness, I've seen plenty of women in my gym who hit the weights regularly. And they're H-O-T. NOT "bulked up," but toned and ultra-fit. Pleasant eye candy for between sets.
I am a firm believer in SOME kind of weight/resistance training, having become pretty addicted to it myself; not for the look but for the feel. Nothing wrong with strengthening muscles and ligaments. And to stress, women will NOT get "huge" unless they're on juice and/or have an ocean of testosterone coursing through them.
A well-rounded weight routine (making sure to include aerobic activity) will help with posture/skeletal alignment and basically make things easier on the body.
Keep the weight to where you're pushing out high reps; you will NOT balloon up. Will the muscles grow? Yes, but nothing like a man's muscles will, due simply to body chemistry.
