Bottoms of feet hurt since getting intuition liners

Here's the short version. Since getting my pro tour intuition liners, the bottoms of my feet have been hurting. What's weird is that I have a custom foot bed in between my feet and the liner. It's the same type of pain you would get after being on your feet for a long time, except it starts almost immediately. What's the deal?

Here's the long version with other problems. I got the pro tour and dreamliner. The latter was way to roomy, so I returned it, but the lady I talked to on the phone said I could keep the foam shims from the dreamliner to use with the pro tour. My first ski day with them started out good, but the second half of the day they were getting too roomy. The pain on the bottoms of my feet was at its worst after one run, but got better afterwards.

To fill in room, I put one pair of the foam shims in the liners. As far as roominess, the problem was gone. But my toes got crushed quite badly, especially the left foot. I had to stop skiing a little sooner than I would have liked to because it was so bad. So I'll be molding the toes with some rice again to hopefully fix that problem.

Another problem I had today was pain in my calves, again mostly on the left. This started even before starting to ski. I noticed it when I first put my boots on. Today was the first day I experienced this. I'm not sure if it's the liners, it could just be my muscles being weird today.

So the primary problem I'm asking about is the bottoms of my feet. I just figured the rest of the story might be useful as well.

Any insight on this? The secondary problems I explained are gone, I finally have a good fit, but I'm still getting pain at the bottoms of my feet.

I also have two new problems. I got to ski on Tuesday of last week, and after that day the inside of my instep on the left foot has started being numb. Not for a short time either. Even days later, it feels odd when I rub it. It's a fairly long and wide area too, about from the base of the ankle almost to the big toe. Once in a while I'll feel pins and needles in the area, as sensation slowly comes back.

Then yesterday, the outside bottom of my left foot started hurting more than the rest of the feet. I still feel it today when there's pressure on it.
