I bought a new pair of Head PRO ski boots last year. I like them because they are a nice snug fit and give me better control of my skis. However, I get excruciating pain in my feet. Last season I did not have a foot bed in there. I did my first few days of skiing this past week and decided to have a professional boot fitter make some adjustments to my boot and also add the foot beds. Ive only skied in these new boots a total of 8 times so they are probably not fully packed yet, Anyway, the foot beds helped a little however I still get horrible pain on the outer bones of my feet (I believe the metatarsals). I have very flat feet and when I used to play ice hockey I experienced the same type of pain in my ice skates...and they were even custom molded to my foot. Any idea what could be causing this pain and what I can do about it? it really interferes with my ability to enjoy skiing. Thanks so much!
