You know that ski drill where you have to do that little march form ski to ski as you turn.
Well if by now, you mastered the hamstring bridge on the ball, check this out!

Place feet in open stance on top of the ball. Go up into the bridge, keeping your knees bent. Your abs need to be deeply engaged fot stability, and you head is centered on your spine. Making sure your weight is evenly distributed, alternately lift each foot about a half inch from the ball, as if you were doing a march.
