Northstar Ski Instructor offered to teach at Heavenly?

My kids had a great ski instructor at Northstar last week and when I told him I was going to Heavenly in a month (pray for snow!) he said he could teach them there too.  Interestingly, he said I had to book him through Northstar and he would meet me at Heavenly.  Is this kosher?  I know that Northstar, Heavenly, and Kirkwood are all owned by Vail, but I wanted to know if this is 'by the book'.

well he did say book him through northstar, not bring your payment in bitcoins and the secret password is the "eagle roosts on big dipper".

So I think you can book it and ask/confirm with the northstar coordinator who picks up the phone.

Yes. It is kosher. Instructors at Vail Resorts can teach at other Vail Resorts but you have to book through the instructor's home mountain. Sometimes, they add a surcharge for travel so call and check that out.
