Help! All Mountain Ski for Northeast

Your input is much appreciated.........

I am a beer league racer looking for an all mountain ski to utilize primarily in the Northeast.

- 200 lbs @ 5'9", 56 years male

- Advanced.

- 75% groomers, 25% bumps/glades.

- When on groomers like to mix up turns from short to mid to long.

Looking for a ski that is stable at speed in hardpack, can initiate all types of turns, not too demanding in bumps and confidence in crud.

Looking at Logik Rave TT (175), Rossi Experience 88 (172), Dynastar Powertrack 89 (172).

I demo'd the Rossi Experience 88 (172), Blizzard Brahma (172), Head Rev 85 (177).

Rossi I enjoyed the most, though did not have the op to rip on true hardpack (there was 6' new, so mostly crud).

Blizzard was way too damp (zzzzz).

Head was only happy in long turns.

Please chime in with regards to the Logik Rave TT vs Rossi Experience 88 vs Dynastar Powertrak 89.

Much Appreciated!

I'm really enjoying my Exp 88's here in Montana. It's all hard groomers this week and they do the job well if you keep your edges sharp. I'm on the 2014 version at 178cm and I only weigh 160. Maybe go up one size?

My "other mountain" is Jay Peak and I came to the conclusion that the 88's would do well there too.

Good luck...

I'm a Volkl guy, I'd suggest you demo the Kendo. Volkl's are known for there edge hold. Or may be the RTM84

This years Kendo didn't get much love in the press. But I bought last years from http://www.skiessentials.com/

great ski. Check out what they offer.

Try the Brahma again in 180, if you are a 200 lb strong beer league racer the 180 will much better suited to you.

The E88 is a good ski and so is the Kendo.
