Props to the BootDoctor

@BootDr1 Big thank you to Bob Gleason and his crew (Joe) for their patience and persistence in getting me into new boots.

I am very picky and have very difficult, narrow feet to fit.

Resisted "new boot hell" as long as I could. Everyone at T-ride shop was kind, happy and knowledgeable and guided me through the process in relative ease.

Gave up my old Nordica Jr. race Dobermanns for Scarpa Freedom sl. Yay.

The Bootdoctor on staff Sam (an Australian podiatrist) had me refit so well I found myself hiking up for a Genevieve.

I drilled the centerpunch, passing an instructor and two students then slammed the nasty traverse to the upper gate, and then zipperlined down some sweet fresh to the cat track past the obstacles in between.

Once at the bottom, I realized my cuffs were unlocked, still in walk mode.

That is how solid the boot fit came from Bootdoctors.  I still need to go back and tell her my anecdote.

Heading to Taos Tuesday morning to pick up the other soles. Really hoping (please G-d) to try the boots in some soft snow! Come back to NM soon... ;)

(I want to know what a Genevieve is too...)

I'm thinking a Genevieve is a run. Maybe a centerpunch, too.
